1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at mapleleafappliances.ca or by booking any appliance repair service with Maple Leaf Appliance Repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Maple Leaf Appliance Repair provides residential and commercial appliance repair, installation, and maintenance services in Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Stony Plain, Devon, Morinville, Calmar, and Gibbons, Alberta. Service availability is subject to technician availability and geographic coverage at the time of booking.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice or to be present at the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided upfront before any repair work begins. Our service call fee covers the diagnostic visit and is applied toward the cost of the repair if you proceed. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and e-transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any quoted price will be honoured for the duration of the service visit.

5. Warranty

All completed repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty on both labour and parts. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return to diagnose and correct the problem at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated failures, damage caused by misuse, power surges, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maple Leaf Appliance Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service visit shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during the repair process that was not caused by our technicians.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your appliance and the nature of the problem when booking. You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the appliance for our technicians. Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to the service visit. Maple Leaf Appliance Repair reserves the right to decline service if conditions are deemed unsafe.
