Appliance Repair FAQ - Maple Leaf Appliance Repair

Question 1

Do you offer same-day appliance repair in Edmonton?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Same-day appliance repair is available throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc, and Fort Saskatchewan. Call us at (780) 800-6629 in the morning and we'll aim to have a technician at your door the same day. You can also book online 24/7.

Question 2

Do you repair appliances at my home, or do I need to bring them in?

Accepted Answer

All repairs are done on-site at your home — you never need to move or transport your appliance. Our technicians arrive fully equipped with tools and the most common replacement parts, so most repairs are completed in a single visit.

Question 3

How much does appliance repair cost in Edmonton?

Accepted Answer

Repair costs vary depending on the appliance, the fault, and the parts required. We always provide a full upfront quote after diagnosis — you know exactly what you're paying before we start any work. There is no charge if we can't fix it (unless parts are no longer available).

Question 4

How long does an appliance repair take?

Accepted Answer

Most repairs are completed within 1–2 hours on the first visit. Our technicians carry the most common parts for all major brands, which means we rarely need to order parts and return. If a special-order part is required, we'll let you know upfront and schedule a follow-up as quickly as possible.

Question 5

Are your appliance repair technicians licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Maple Leaf technicians are fully licensed, certified, and insured to perform appliance repairs in Alberta. We are BBB-accredited and have over 1,000 verified positive reviews from Edmonton-area homeowners. Every technician passes a background check before joining our team.

Question 6

Will having my appliance repaired void the manufacturer's warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. Our technicians are trained and certified to work on all major appliance brands, and we use manufacturer-approved parts wherever possible. This means your manufacturer's warranty remains intact after our repair.

Question 7

What appliance brands do you repair in Edmonton?

Accepted Answer

We repair all major appliance brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Frigidaire, Bosch, Electrolux, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Miele, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, and more — over 30 brands in total.

Question 8

What happens if you can't fix my appliance?

Accepted Answer

You don't pay. If our technician is unable to repair your appliance, you will not be charged for parts or labour. We believe in honest, transparent service — if we can't fix it, there's no bill. (Unless parts are no longer available.)
